Bartending Services

When you host a party, the last thing you want to worry about is mixing drinks for people especially parties of over 100 people or more. The host should be mingling, not mixing. Buying the correct type and amounts of liquor can be nerve racking. Unless you’re a very experienced bartender. The laws governing the catering of liquor have become stricter, and it just makes sense to use a professional, Diamond Events and Catering has a licensed and insured bartending service. In addition, our prices are more reasonable than most of the other services out there.

Yes, bartending is a time-honored art form. Even at a catered affair, our bartender is not only a mixologist, but a friend, confidant, tour guide... The list is endless.

Bar Packages:

Labor Only - Client purchases all beverage and all bar supplies or food.

* $ 35/hour per bartender - 4 hour minimum.
* $ 22/hour per bar-pack/ server - 4 hour minimum.
* $ 25/hour per food prep person - 4 hour minimum.
* Gratuity is NOT included; Paid to personal at host discretion.

Labor and Bar Supplies Package - Client purchases alcoholic beverages. Diamond Events provides all bar supplies including non-alcoholic beverages.

* $ 5/person we provide disposable glassware, bar supplies, napkins, mixers, sodas, bottled water and garnishes.
* $ 35/hour per bartender - additional bartenders @ $ 35/hour, bar-pack and servers $ 22/hour - 4 hour minimum.

Complete Packages - Parties of 50 people or more.

* Standard Package - $ 11/person includes well brands liquors, beer and wine.
* Premium Package - $ 13/person includes premium brands liquor, wine and beer.
* Top Shelf Package - $ 16/person includes top shelf brands of liquor, wine and beer.
* Ultra Premium Package - $ 20/person includes premium brands of liquor, wine and beer.

All Packages include the following:
* All alcoholic beverages EXCEPT champagne & glasses for toasting, shooters and multi-liquor drinks such as Long Island Ice Teas and Shots.
* Disposable glassware, bar supplies, napkins, mixers, sodas, bottled water and garnishes.
* One bartender - additional bartender @ $ 35/hour, bar-back or server $ 22/hour.
